Follow the lessons, take time to understand them. You WILL develop into a good trader if you follow the logic and examples in this and the price action book.
As someone who has six months' practical trading experience in the forex industry, I consider the book to be a solid guide for the beginners. The book is written in a way which readers from a non-native English speaking background will find easy to follow. Precise trading entry points, stop-loss and take-profit levels are discussed with charts and rationale for each selection is explained in a convincing manner. I have tried out the trading strategies presented in the book coupled with my own strategy, and so far I have been successful. Free web resources are available on the topic of Price Action Trading, however, this book provides a much-needed in-depth guide on the topic, as the title of the book rightly suggests! I have bought the kindle version with affordable price and plan to purchase all books authored by Laurentiu Damir.
This book complements Price Action Breakdown and provides some insight into how Laurentiu views more "conventional" techniques like swings, support and resistance etc. I recommend this book for the intermediate trader and then Price Action Breakdown once you get the basics right.To clarify - this is not a "basics" book, you will get something even though you have been trading a while. His ideas on "confluence" and price rejection are pretty workable in my experience and provided me with more "tactics" on entering a trade.I would have rated this 5-stars but I need to differentiate it from Price Action Breakdown, Price Action Breakdown offers something "different".
Thought I would maybe pick up something from this book but for me personally there wasn’t any insight. I would also say that Lance Begg has an online book in his YTC trading site that is so far the best price action book I’ve ever read.
I love this guy. I started reading his book price action breakdown in late 2016 and have since purchased every one of his books. Straight forward defined risk technical strategies for any market condition. As you can see I’m not just writing this review for a free pdf of one of his other titles because there isn’t on I don’t own.
I've got dozens of books and videos on trading, but this book really put it together for me on how to trade in the direction of an existing trend. We all know we should do that, but how do you jump in at the correct location in a pull back? It all makes logical sense and is as close to the holy grail as you will ever get!
Best book that I have read on trading, it's way informative than the 450 pages books that I read on the same subject, it will be best to combine the information in here with the one in Price Action Breakdown by the same author, one of the best if not the best author of our time-Laurentiu Damir
Like the other two books I have already read by Laurentiu Damir, this book is a great resource for developing price action trading skills. It's a quick read and is packed with information on how to train yourself to look at your trading charts to make informed, high probability trades without crowding your charts with a bunch of lagging indicators. Highly recommended!
