My only complaint is that the book is misnamed. It is not a guide to paddling Oregon's rivers as I thought when I bought it. It is a guide to paddling the whitewater sections of Oregon's rivers. There is no discussion of the many places in Oregon one can paddle moving water that is below Class I (e.g., entire Willamette River below Eugene, or Columbia Slough, or Tualatin, or the tidally influenced parts of the Nehalem, or the Columbia below Bonneville -- all well known rivers in Oregon -- and likely more I was hoping to discover). Otherwise, if you are looking only for whitewater, this appears to be a good book for it.
