This book is packed full of important information on diabetes. There are topics on everything from preventing complications to the newest and best medicines and technologies for diabetes. The topic on complimentary and alternative medicines and the one on popular diets in diabetes were especially good. The color illustrations are fantastic and the descriptions are straightforward and easy to understand. This book told me what I can do now to improve my health and is written by doctors who are also diabetes experts. There was so much that I didn't know about diabetes before reading it. Everyone with diabetes should have this book!
